1. After purchasing our products, quality problems occur within 7 days. Users can choose:
(a) No reason to return and exchange goods within seven days (does not affect secondary sales)
(b) Go to the dealer where you purchased the product and request a full refund;
(c) Go to the dealer where you purchased the product and replace the product with the same model; (the merchant will bear the freight for online purchases)
2. If you purchase our products, there will be product quality problems within 90 days. Users can choose:
Go to the place where you purchased the product and replace the product with the same model; (half of the shipping cost for online purchases)
Buy our products, more than 90 days but still have quality problems within one year; users can choose:
a) Send the product to our local authorized service center. The after-sales service time will be calculated based on the date received by the service center. Our authorized after-sales service center will contact the user within the promised processing time and repair the completed product. Product return.
b) If there is no local service center authorized by us or users who are far away from the service center, they can send the product to the after-sales service center of the head office. The after-sales service time will be calculated from the date received by the service center. Contact the user within the processing time and return the repaired product.
Note: For products that have been discontinued, according to our replacement plan for discontinued products, replace them with products of the same type that are not lower than the original product performance (additional costs may be incurred), and the freight incurred is borne by the buyer.
4. Purchase of our products, beyond the warranty period or product failure due to man-made damage.
The product exceeds the three-guarantee period specified by us or is caused by failure and damage caused by the customer’s failure to use, maintain, and store in accordance with the product manual or the relevant working environment indicated in the manual, or damage caused by force majeure. Customers can choose paid maintenance services.
After-sales service clause
Our company fully implements the relevant product maintenance, replacement, and return liability regulations jointly promulgated by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine and the Ministry of Information Industry The following conditions are not covered by the warranty.
1. The product’s valid warranty certificate cannot be presented, or the original serial number label of the product has been altered, replaced, or torn, or the product does not have a serial number or the product model or number on the warranty certificate does not match the actual product.
2. The product exceeds the warranty period specified by our company.
3. Failure and damage caused by the use, maintenance, and storage not in accordance with the product instruction manual or in the relevant working environment indicated in the instruction manual.
4. Failure or damage caused by repairing, changing, or disassembling the product by maintenance personnel not authorized by our company.
5. Damage caused by accident or other force majeure.
6. For some products that must comply with the National Three Guarantees Regulations, we will provide relevant services in accordance with national regulations.
7. The services other than the products promised by the sales staff and additional configurations and gifts are not included in the scope of this warranty service.
